Dont sell any artifacts, keep all of them on your first playthrough so you can get used to which ones are good or not, you can pair radiation reducing artifacts with ones that gives radiation to reduce the radiation completely, the electric tunnel in cordon spawns artifacts at night that will give you a heavy stamina boost, these are worth theyre weight in gold so keep them, if you find a battery, shell or a pellicle do not sell them, they are very rare and artifacts do not respawn so be extremely careful with the ones you dont want to sell as you cannot get them back, one last thing, get used to save scumming, your gonna die a lot.
