A lieutenant of the Ukrainian military, he is in charge of the army outpost established in the remains of the Agroprom Research Institute. His name is randomly generated.

Shadow of Chernobyl[]
The commander resides in the army base in the Institute. He is found most of the time inside the room containing the military documents, but in the evening, he will be patrolling around the base. He does not play any role in the story and may be killed by the player during their assault on the Institute.
His appearance is randomized among two possible profiles, although both share the same equipment.
