Black backpack in wreckage is a stash located in the Garbage in Clear Sky.
Overview[]
The stash coordinates are gained from Vasyan. The location of the stash is on the northeast corner of the trash pile which lies between the Train hangar and the Vehicle graveyard.
Walkthrough[]
There's an Electro anomaly on the south side of the stash, so it's best to approach from the north. Walk past the cement block with the pipe sticking out of it on the up hill side, then turn around and jump up on the other hunk of cement, being careful not to jump into the anomaly. The backpack is inside the pipe.
