The RG-6 m209, called the Bulldog 6 m209, is a unique weapon featured only in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.

Overview

The weapon is a variant of the RG-6 grenade launcher found elsewhere in the game, reconfigured to fire M209 40mm Grenades. It degrades at approximately 1/3rd the rate-per-shot of the standard RG-6.

The English in-game description is as follows:

A variation of the revolving granade [sic] launcher. The given model is made especially for use of granades [sic] of the western model.

Appearances

Shadow of Chernobyl

The RG-6 m209 appears only in Shadow of Chernobyl. Neither S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky nor [S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat] feature a standalone grenade launcher which uses m209 grenades, nor any method of modifying a grenade launcher to use that ammunition. This weapon is a cut weapon in Shadow of Chernobyl, and is only available through the creation of user end mods enabling it to be found or brought. All the files and references for it are in place, indicating that it was meant to be included, but never was.

Several players have claimed to have found this in a secret stash in Pripyat, however, it has happened rarely, and there are not enough claims to verify this. Examination of the v1.0000, .0001, .0004, .0005, and .0006 World Wide edition gamedata files do not show the Bulldog M203 present in any stashes, or pre-existing in any of the levels, or wielded by any NPC's.
