The Bus stop is a location in the Radar in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.

Overview[]

The area is located at an abandoned bus stop alongside the main road from the east, just by an intersection. The road there continues westwards towards the Brain Scorcher, while another section branches off northwards at the intersection towards the Pripyat checkpoint. To the southwest of the area, near the fence, is a ladder leading to a small room with a keycode-locked door.

The Bus stop is one of many Monolith checkpoints located in the Radar. Regardless of the path chosen by the player to go to the Brain Scorcher, they will have to fight their way through the Bus stop. The location is home to multiple Monolith stalkers, among them a sniper located near the aforementioned keycode door, and patrolling guards may be encountered along the road to Pripyat.

After deactivating the Brain Scorcher and returning there, the player will witness a standoff between Duty and Freedom experts, all clad in exoskeletons. After a brief verbal exchange, the two factions will open fire on each other. The survivors will move northwards towards the Pripyat checkpoint and remain there. Loners may be encountered here afterwards.

Loot[]

The room with the code-locked door contains three medkits. The passcode required to unlock the door is 1287975.
