There are some stashes which, to my knowledge, can not be found or 'received' by any means except through exploration (the PKm stash in Pripyat, the Gauss rounds in Yanov, Tactical helmet in Yanov, etc.), so, they might be handy. LonerDeacon 17:41, March 13, 2010 (UTC)

I wouldn't mind, but I'd likely only do caches for more valuable stashes - ones which contain weapons, armor, helmets, etc. I don't think anyone will go out of their way to find a stash with 3 medkits in it, but they'll want to know where stuff like the PKm, SVD, VSS, can be found.
