Acquisition

Obtainable during the quest Back to the Slag Heap, if Skif gave the Sensors to Richter during A Needle in a Haystack and was spotted by Ward when breaking into Lab X-18 during Answers Come at a Price. When asked for info, show Korshunov the Unusual PDA, and pick up the Combatant rifle off of the table once the cutscene ends.
