National-produced version of an exoskeleton, procured by Duty. Extra sturdy materials ensure a much higher soldier survival chance, even in the most savage mutant encounters.

An Exoskeleton that can be obtained very quickly - and rather safely - if the player rushes to the Cooling Towers. Perhaps because of this, it is the only Exoskeleton in the game without a Servomotor(sprint) upgrade available.
