Decoder

The Decoder is a special device assembled by Fang, he made them during the events of Clear Sky. The Decoder was made by Fang in-order to open a secret door within the Sarcophagus of Reactor #4, which used parts from old army cryptographic machines, Fang was known to make atleast 2 of these things. Fang assembled these decoders using parts he bought from Sidorovich, some diggers at the Garbage and from Freedom. During Clear Sky Strelok's group placed 2 decoders in a stash near the Brain Scorcher when they proceeded to the center. The first decoder was most probably destroyed and the second one was left in an apartment in Pripyat left for Strelok to discover in the events of Shadow of Chernobyl.
