Strelok left an artifact with me for safekeeping: the Heart of Chornobyl. He brought it back from the north.
I did some tests and came to a surprising conclusion: apparently the Zone has created an Altered Variometer, an anomalous version of Suslov's electromagnetic psi-amplifier, and it's at least eight times more powerful!
If I had something like this back in 2006, I would have been able to connect to the Noosphere by myself!
