The Documents from Lab X16 are a document in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.

These documents contain important information about the Brain Scorcher as well as secret experiments within the Zone. During the mission Find the documents in X16 lab, the Marked One is tasked with retrieving these documents from Lab X-16. They can be found deep into the facility, on Ghost's body. The body is guarded by a controller.
