Documents from Lab X18, part 4 are a document in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Description[]
These documents are found inside Lab X-18. During the course of the main story, the Barkeep asks the Marked One to retrieve documents from Lab X-18 in order to obtain more information about the Brain Scorcher. The X-18 documents namely mention Lab X-16, which is visited by the player later on in the main story.
The documents are found in a table in a room at the lowest floor of the facility, guarded by a Pyrogeist.

- The "part 4' in the item's name refers to the fact that initially, there were five documents scattered throughout Lab X-18 that the player would've had to find to complete the mission. Parts 1 to 3 and 5 have been cut from the game, although they are still implemented in the game files.
