Worn manuscript in leather binding. Written by Strelok himself. Judging by the headings alone, it might explain some of the Zone's secrets.
― In-game description

The Documents from the secret stash in Pripyat are a mission item in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.

Overview[]

The stash contained a short report on how Fang and I infiltrated the underground galleries under the station sarcophagus and found a suspicious-looking door. Fang said that he'd put together a decoder for the electronic lock for our next visit. After that we had to run for our lives. There were hordes of Monolith patrols there. Well. I also found the decoder in the stash and directions for finding the door. However, it seems that approaching the Monolith is extremely dangerous - last time we avoided going under the sarcophagus above the destroyed reactor and it seems that's where the Monolith is.
― Strelok's comment on his PDA

These documents can be found inside Strelok's Group's secret stash located in room n°26 on the first floor of the Pripyat Hotel, which is accessible only after obtaining the key to the room from Doc in the Agroprom Underground. The documents do not play a role in the story proper, as they cannot be given to anyone and are effectively stuck in the player's inventory upon acquisition. The important Decoder and a Skat-9M military armoured suit can also be found in the hideout.
