The documents mention that pursuant to an order of Department 1, following the sealing of the transportation lock, the Pripyat 1 underpass was flooded with carbon dioxide mixed with some kind of chemical additive. Consequently, all staff were instructed to wear chemical protection suits with closed-cycle respiratory modules.

Description[]
It is the sixth of seven documents in the Jupiter factory complex that are part of the Road to Pripyat mission and one of the three that are necessary to complete the mission. The document can be found in the chemical compound workshop of the Jupiter factory, which is in the southeast corner of area 5. Picking up the document triggers a short cut scene where Degtyarev states, "So, the underpass was filled with gas after it was sealed."
The document must be given to Nitro to start the mission Pripyat 1.
