The Anarchy Cell design document is a document that contains information about lore, factions, weapons, game engine and much more for Clear Sky, or Anarchy Cell, which was the game's name prior to release and marketing.
Some interesting things that the document mentions are:
- Scar's (the protagonist of Clear Sky) original name, Messer.
- Addition of flashbangs and "illuminating cartridges".
- Cut mutants, such as the Morlock and Counterpart.
- Several cut weapons, such as the FN P90, Jackhammer Mk3A1 and the full-length TOZ-66.
- Cut locations, such as the Pripyat Underground (later reused for Call of Pripyat), Cartographer's place and the Bridge over river Pripyat amongst others.
