Completing the mission[]
It's very easy to complete the mission, since Kitsenko (the Duty member who guards the entrance to the Bar) will give The Marked One a task to Purge the dog lair. As a reward, he'll give you the Meat Chunk artifact. This mission is repeatable and you have to wait for a while before Kitsenko gives you the same mission.
