The flash drive contains upgrade data for a SVDm-2/SVUmk-2 and can be delivered to Yar in the Freedom base at the Dark Valley for a reward of 3750 RU, after which he will be able to apply the upgrade to the player's weapons.
Location[]
The flash drive is located in a stash at the Dark Valley named Loot in bushes. The location of the stash can be bought from Ganja, the Freedom barkeep, for 2000 RU.
