The flash drive contains upgrade data for a Chaser 13 shotgun and can be delivered to Van in the Loners base in the Cordon for a reward of 750 RU, after which he will be able to apply the upgrade to the player's weapons.

The flash drive is located in a Stash named Road to the Swamps. The location of the stash can be bought from Shilov, the Loner trader at the Cordon, for 1000 RU.
