It is the first of seven documents in the Jupiter factory complex that are part of the Road to Pripyat mission. The document is found in the administrative section of the Jupiter factory, on the second floor of building 2.
It can be sold to Loki or Shulga for 500 RU, or to Owl for 750 RU. Selling it contributes towards getting the achievement Trafficker of Information.
