The Grocery Store is a location in Pripyat featured in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.
Description
An old grocery store in the western part of Pripyat, the Grocery Store is a small shop, which includes a basement, and can be used as a shelter during an emission.
The Grocery Store is featured in the mission Missing sentry, where sentry lieutenant Stetsenko went missing and was last reported in the Grocery Store. The player finds Stetsenko behaving weirdly in the front part of the shop, before suiciding with his AKM-74/2U. Shortly afterwards, a controller appears in the backroom and engages the player, only to be defeated.
Random Loners and Mercenaries can be seen exploring the building in freeplay.
There's a stash with a rare RPG-7u.
