Kill the stalker called Sparrow is an optional side-mission featured in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Description[]
Damn musketeers! Playing D'Artagnan, assholes! As if surfing around anomalies and bowing to bullets is not enough, the oafs have now taken to fighting duels! Get this: there was this row... no one can even remember any more what started it. So these two dumbheads decided to shed some blood. And there you go, one dropped dead... a fine stalker he was, too! And the other one, Sparrow, beetled off, because I'd be the first one to put a bullet in his head. Find him. I'm sure he's still in the Zone. Will you do it?

Acquiring the mission[]
The quest is given by the Barkeep, who resides in the 100Rads bar in Rostok area.
The quest can be obtainable only after the player gives the documents from Laboratories X18 to Barkeep.
Completing the mission[]
Sparrow
In order to complete the quest, the player must assassinate Loner stalker called Sparrow.
Sparrow often traverses through Bar, Wild Territory, and Yantar.
After disabling the source of emissions in Lab X16, Sparrow can set up a small camp with another group of allied stalkers near the Institute in Yantar area. Because of this it is reccomended to only accept this assassination mission after said event has transpired, otherwise he will be roaming around Rostok near the bar, where firing upon him will turn everyone hostile.
Even if the mission expires, it can given again from the Barkeep, so don't worry if you've accepted the mission while he is in Rostok.
Reward[]
Barkeep will give the player a Moonlight artifact. Also, Sparrow carries a unique pistol, the Noiseless Kora, that the player can take as extra reward. However, the player's reputation will be decreased by 15.
