- Lab X-10
- Another secret laboratory, canceled by developers. The entrance was secret, in the forest. Later it became Lab X-19.
- Old Cordon
- The original Cordon, until 2005. Then, it was heavily modified.
- Old Garbage
- The original Garbage level. It contains a small underground complex, under the hangar.
- Dead City
- It can be visited in Build 1935 which was released officially by GSC.
- Radar
- Recreated and added in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl as Red Forest.
- Darkscape
- A transition level between the Dark Valley and Cordon. It has appeared in very few builds, most notably Build 2571.
- Old Swamps
- Recreated as the Swamps in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Clear Sky
- Generators
- The former territory of C-Consciousness. It was located either east or south of the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant.
- Old Bar
- Old Bar concept. A small urban settlement with various buildings, the Duty base, and a bar in a basement of a convenience store. Featured in Build 1865.
- Old Yantar
- Old Yantar concept. It has a main central area connecting to the underground tunnels. A scientist base is located in the North-western part of the complex, and a small village to the south-west. Featured in quite a few builds
