Lucky's PDA is a cut item from S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Overview[]
This PDA is held by a cut character - a bandit leader named Lucky. Barkeep was to hand out a mission to kill Lucky. The player's character was supposed to bring back the PDA to Barkeep in order to prove that Lucky is dead.[1]

It ain't gonna be easy but the job is worth a lot of dough. Duty values its reputation, which is why they need this thing done quietly.
