One of the audio recordings sounds particularly psychopathic: "So, that's where those damn mutants are!... Sly bastards climbed up to the plateau thinking that Noah won't get to them... I bet they don't know that I've got a personal path up there by the northern farmstead... You're in for a fun ride, assholes!!"

This PDA appears only in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.
Acquiring
This PDA is carried by a hermit named Noah. He can be found in an Old Barge. In order to get his PDA one has to kill him, however it is not recommended as he plays an important role in the early game; he shows the way to the plateau and gives the Compass artifact, twice.
Even after this is done, killing him will cause a bad ending for his part. Apart from the money earned by selling his PDA, disposing of Noah has no positive aspects whatsoever, to the contrary - only drawbacks.
