This PDA used to belong to a Duty member and contains encrypted data related to the Bandits's positions within the Garbage. The Duty member was supposed to deliver it to Krylov, but was mugged by Bandits on the way, and the PDA was taken from him.
The mission Return the PDA with secret information requires the player to recover this item from one of the Garbage checkpoints.
