Acquiring the mission
You will acquire this mission once you enter Garbage for the first time.
Completing the mission
You will complete this mission after talking to Bes in the vehicle graveyard. After completing the mission you will recieve the mission Repel the bandit raid from Bes.
Tips
Saving Yurik when you first enter Garbage is advised as he will provide help during the Repel the bandit raid mission.
