Screw (Ru. Шуруп) is Freedom's engineer in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.

Screw is located at the Freedom base in the Army Warehouses. His only interaction with the player is him asking for a bottle of vodka, which he will trade for a PSO-1 scope. This can be done only once. Despite his skills as a mechanic, he cannot repair the player's equipment.
Heart of Chornobyl[]
Screw is located in the Bazaar in the Bar area. He can repair and modify the player's equipment.

In build 2588, Screw was a former member of Duty who deserted to Freedom, stealing equipment in the process. General Voronin would provide a mission requiring the player to assassinate him. In the final version of the game, Screw's role as a Duty traitor was given to Twig instead.
