He earns money by selling information to other Stalkers. The Marked One meets him in the 100 Rads Bar and can pay him for small pieces of information.

Quests

Snitch also hands out one quest, an assassination contract on Master. He will reward Marked One with a Mama's Beads artifact for completing this mission. He likes bukkake.
