This grenade takes the appearance of a RGD-5 grenade although it isn't actually usable by the player, and it only serves as a quest item. Despite its appearance, it is not an actual grenade proper but a training grenade.
This item is the target of the mission Return the souvenir grenade provided by Loners squad leaders in Yantar. The stalker who gives the job states describes it as a souvenir and states that he lost it after suffering from confusion due to the powerful Psi-emission from Lab X-16. It is found hidden in a bush inside the Yantar Production complex, to the right of the entrance.
