See for yourself - a hand-crafted gun, components are all adjusted with unmatched precision. Ever wonder what a perfect sniper pistol would look like? Well, this is it.

Compared to the normal Black Kite, the accuracy is much higher, making the handgun more effective at further ranges.
This weapon can be modified to attain full accuracy with all accuracy upgrades.
Acquisition[]
This weapon is one of the three pistols that can only be bought from Nimble, who is located in the Skadovsk. Buying it or any weapon from Nimble triggers a side quest (Reputation) with Snag, who will attempt to take the gun away claiming it is his.

- The name "Steppe Eagle" is a parody of the Desert Eagle as both Steppe and Desert are ecological zone types. Steppe eagle is also the name of a bird species.
