Sultan is the current leader of the bandits faction as a whole during the events of Call of Pripyat. He reorganizes the faction into a more dark and secretive faction than it once was, doing deals with former enemies and making new ones. He has a henchman/bodyguard, Knuckles, that keeps a watchful eye on him and protects him from any trouble that happens to get in his path.
