The OICW program is completely unrelated to the F2000 hence the F2000 is not an OICW nor was it included in the program.

hi ,

there you are wrong , i tested it when it was produced , .... it was an official contender for the US OICW weapon program and its the OICW of the belgian armed special forces group ,

the same for some other nato countries , .... so the removal of that line by you was not needed , ... it was initially developped for that , ...

PS , whats the point in replacing ' then ' everywhere with ' than ' ? the ' then ' is on each page in correct english , both in context and grammar !

I can not find any information about the F2000 being included in the OICW program nor anything about FN being involved. For your information OICW is the name of the program conducted by the US Army to find a new assult rifle.

That is correct, FN2000 was never a contender for the OICW programme, it was unveiled in 2001, while the OICW programme dates back to the 1990s. F2000 is simply an advanced combat rifle. Personal_Sig_Image.gif Tagaziel (call!) 21:39, July 18, 2010 (UTC)

There are three choices of scope, the default one (which provides ~no zoom), the 1.6x and the 4x. If you don't upgrade it, the sight looks the same but it doesn't magnify as much as the 1.6x.

In my version of the game, when I apply the extended mag upgrade, it reduces the magnification to the 1.6x, even if I've got the 4x scope installed.

actually, scratch that, the zoom reduction seems to be a bit random :(

OK, so it's a known issue.

There's a bodge fix, which involves editing the config file for the game. If you go to [game]\resources there's a file called configs.db which I opened with Notepad++. The bodge fix involves changing the default scope's zoom factor to what the modified zoom factor should be. By default it's 50, with the upgrade it's 15 so we need to change the default from 50 to 15.

Scroll down to the section on the fn2000 and eventually you'll find something called "scope_zoom_factor" - it was on line 163747 for me. Change that to 15 and you're pretty much done.

If you then apply the upgrade the scope will appear to be upside down until you save and reload and it forgets you've applied the upgrade.

Differences in COP

The one I bought from Nimble with no upgrades is worth 11191 RU at Yanton, and the regular one with all level 2 upgrades is only worth 6444 RU at Yanton. Is the one from Nimble worth more only because I paid more or is there something else special about it, like it has a higher durability? GRPeng 02:57, March 12, 2012 (UTC)

On the roof in Yantar

Can anyone confirm that a FT-200M can be found on the roof in Yantar as the article says? N0la 06:34, April 2, 2012 (UTC)
