I literally just found a Guitar, and Harmonica for sale from a stalker who seemed bugged because he was playing the guitar, then suddenly was targeting something waaay off in the distance, when I went to sell him some items he had it in his inventory. That's a new one. There's been reports of it showing up in inventories extraordinarily rarely, this might explain why they show up - the game places the items in their inventory when their playing, but if something hits the fan the script to remove the items doesn't play.
