Textolite is one of the basic components of printed circuits. The feelings experienced by an amateur radio technician in relation to an untouched textolite base are similar to those experienced by a writer in relation to a blank piece of paper.

It is one of the materials that Nitro requests the player to find as part of his side mission Radio equipment. As with the rest of the materials, this item is found inside the Yanov Cement Factory. Three bases can be found inside the building: one is on a desk inside a room by a Burnt Fuzz near the Burner anomaly indoors; one is found on the same floor in the room immediately next to the one where the first base was found; the third one is on a table on the lowest floor by a window.
