Sultan, leader of the bandits on Skadovsk
As you enter Skadovsk, Knuckles yells and waves you over to talk to Sultan, the leader of the Bandits.
Summary
Sultan offers you an opportunity to make some money and by helping the Bandits raid a group of stalkers working for Beard aboard the Shevchenko.
Choices
After talking accepting the job from Sultan talk to Knuckles, to help the bandits with the raid or Beard and tip off the stalkers to raid to continue.
Working for Sultan
Talk to Knuckles who is standing next Sultan. Ambush the Stalkers on Shevchenko. After the battle, talk to Knuckles to receive your reward. He will remain on the ship. In order to win, all the stalkers aboard must die. Talk to Knuckles or leader of the surviving members of the bandits for your reward. Return to Sultan for your main reward.
Tip off Beard
Talk to Beard instead of talking to Knuckles. Beard will alert the Stalker onboard Shevchenko and coordinate a counter-attack against the bandits instead. You can decide to let stalkers finish off the bandits or help them out. In order to win all the Bandits raid party must die. Talk to Spartacus or the leader of the surviving member of the stalkers for your share of the loot. Return to Beard for your main reward. Alternatively, you may initially join in on the raid, then shoot all the bandits in the back during their approach, then talk to Spartacus for the same reward.
Outcome
- If you decide to fight the bandits, one of the stalker will say, "We got the bastards, thank for your help." You will receive a larger portion of loot.
- If you decide not to take part in the fight, one of the stalkers will say, "We got the bastards. You're not keen on getting into a real fight, are you?". The reward you get will also be smaller.
- If the bandits win over the stalkers AND you did not help, the bandits will not know you sold them out, you will not get a cut of the loot. You will get a smaller reward from Sultan.
