Tolyan is a character only mentioned by Sultan in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat.

During high school, Tolyan supposedly became addicted to narcotics and hopped from one kind of drugs to another until finally dying from an overdose. Sultan tried to avenge his friend by killing dealers who supplied Tolyan with drugs but was subsequently arrested and sent to prison.
