Trapper is a hunter who is found in the basement of Yanov.
Call of Pripyat
Trapper offers the player information on how to kill most types of mutants. He also gives the player missions which involve:
- Clearing out a Bloodsucker lair near the northeast swamps of Jupiter.
- Clearing out the Burers to the east of Jupiter.
- Hunting and killing a Chimera in Zaton.
After completing his missions you will earn the Mutant Hunter achievement, and stalkers will now leave you ammo for your weapons in your personal lockbox in Yanov. Consequently, the ending slides will state that the area around Yanov has become a safe, mutant-free area for stalkers.
