Tyran is a cut Mercenary that was supposed to appear in S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl.
Background[]
One of the "heroes" of the Merc gang. A veteran with bullets of all calibers in his body. A rare psychopath and sadist.

Overview[]
He was supposed to be located in Wild Territory in the old construction site, where he and his gang of mercenaries set up a camp. Barkeep was planned to hand out a mission to kill Tyran - Kill Tyran, the leader of the squad. In order to claim the reward for the mission, Marked One was supposed to bring back his pda to Barkeep as a proof that he was dead. [3]
Tyran of Freedom[]
Tyran of Freedom is a character mentioned in one of the unused dialogue files in the game. It is not known whether it's a different person or an under-developed concept of the same mercenary leader. He was to have been killed by Marked One. As reward, Marked One was to be given a Tunder S14 assault rifle from Duty.[4]

Your mission is to kill Tyran, the leader of the Mercs. His crew made it into the Wild Territory and set up a base at the construction site. Be careful, some of their fighters have set up ambushes on the way to the site. Bring me Tyran's PDA and the reward is yours.
