The safe is found to the south of the Agroprom Research Institute, hidden underneath a bush located next to a Vortex anomaly. The coordinated of the stash are given upon finding the corpse of any random Loner stalker.
The contents of the stash consists of a bottle of Cossacks vodka, and a Wrenched artifact.
