In real life the Dead City is the Town of Poliske (or Polesskoye), Poliske (or Polesskoye) is a former Town and settlement of Chernobyl's Exclusion Zone.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 should be a mod

S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 should better be a mod instead of a game, even if it's a mod, it will take some years for the development, GSC frozed the project for a while and restarted it, but no news since then, so, yeah, it could be a mod instead of a game

GSC's biggest mistake

GSC Gameworld doesn't maked SGi-5k to equipped with scope, the only that can equipped with scope is Strelok's SGi-5k, they don't know about weapons, SGi-5k (SG-550) should be equipped with Scope like in real life, there's only a unique variant that equipped with Scope, also the condition Martha (M92) is dropping very fast.

Regenerating Health and Unlimited Weight in S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2

that's enough for First Aid Kits, Bandages and removing stuff from the Inventory, time for Regenerating Health and Unlimited Weight, some Stone Blood and Gravi artifacts will not help, they got Radiation  and Hercules it's not gonna help for a lot of hours because it's a... medicine that helps you to have some more weight for a period of time, even if you have an Exoskeleton, it will not help you, it only carries up to 100.0 Kg, in S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2, the weight will be removed along with the classic Health System, if the project of S.T.A.L.K.E.R 2 will continue, anyway, that's what we believe.
