Description[]
Valov was part of an ill-fated convoy carrying a canister of Perin B3 gas over the Preobrazhensky Bridge. According to Internal order No. 423, Valov would have been riding in the first vehicle, which is at the south end of the vehicle column. Escort Vehicle #8 now lies overturned at the base of the bridge's southern-most arch. Inside the vehicle is a safe containing Key B, one of the two keys to unlock the strong box in the back of the central vehicle.
